  Liberty Hill Towing has had the best experience with Omega Bankcard. As a new business they gave us the best options for processing for our industry. Clover Go has been great! Easy to use for our drivers, we are able to monitor transactions and keep track of day to day profitability. Service with Omega has been great! They are always available to help us with any questions whether it be equipment related or account related. Couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend Omega to anyone looking for a processor that gives 100% service and customer satisfaction!

  Laura Green came by the store almost a year ago and talked about how she could save us money (wish I had a dollar for every time I heard that) if we switched our services over to Omega. To our surprise she actually under sold our savings compared to what we are actually saving every month. We were so pleased we passed her name on to others to help them save money. Great Job Laura!

  Love Omega and Love Katie Pike! She saved our business a lot of money in credit card processing fees and delivered us next day processing, if I run the card before 5pm...The money is in our account next day! Omega has been wonderful to work with and Katie makes everything that much easier as well! If you have a question, she knows the answer and if she doesn't, (which is rare), she will find it out for you. Thank you for all you do!

  Laura Green opened our account and there was a problem with a transaction, we contacted her and she expressed to us that she’d call after her son was taken to school and she never called us again. It was a large sum of money, when I reached out to Omega we spoke to the owner and he said that the money would be there on Monday needless to say it never happened. When we call the next day he never spoke to us again not even a phone call. Every time a call was made it was on our behalf and it’s been 8 days later and we still have not received the funds. They requested bank statements and a lot of other things but we still never got the money. If you’re looking for a company that will ensure you to get your money and touch basis with you until the problem is completed then this is NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!

  After being in business for 25 years, and with Omega for past 8 months, have found the best cc processor which not only details out their rates in a very simple format but sticks to their rates month after month after contract signed, without nickel diming for additional unusual fees.
