  Over the past 6 months Jim has handled the home purchase loans for 4 of my buyer clients. His communication and follow through is beyond what I expected from a lender. He actually called and spoke with the listing agents prior to the offers being submitted. Reviewing all necessary requisites along with ability to close and timing to close. His ability to satisfy the agents and sellers to accept our offers was extremely helpful in our highly competitive market. I can not say enough about his knowledge and abilities to satisfy the needs of the buyers as well as communicate throughout the process to myself and the other agents. Thus allowing me to focus on real estate. I have even had Jim complete 2 loan refinances on my own home my investment property duplex.   Jim really helped us out of a bind. We needed our Mortgage loan quick, and Jim was able to get it done. He walked us through all the steps, was there for any questions, and got us the loan and terms we wanted. You can tell Jim really wants his clients to get what they want, and goes out of his way to deliver. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a home.
