Husband went into the branch asking basic questions because his vehicle loan is thru Old National and his vehicle was totaled. Female rep was very upset he was asking these basic questions, had a huge attitude, and threw my husband's ID at him. I assume she was upset we came in 20 mins before close but we were out well before they closed. Considering the fact that my husband and I have had loans thru this company exclusively for almost 10 years we were disgusted at how she treated us. It would be one thing if we had an attitude, but asking basic questions and you throw someone's ID?
