David Email5Wow, I'm glad I'm not in banking. Most of the poor reviews here arise from people not being responsible with their money and getting fees when they overdraft. How is that any banks fault? Also, if transactions take a while to clear, does anyone realize it could be the merchant holding up the process and not the bank? I've had favorable experiences with Old National. Staff is friendly, efficient, and transactions have all been accurate. I love, love love that nobody at this bank pushes a bunch of products on me when I visit. Other banks are very pushy about wanting to sell me additional products I don't need (do you want to refinance your home loan? investment account? money market account?). If you want a no-pressure, easy-to-deal-with bank, then Old National is your best choice.

angel olson1They wait 3 days to take money out of your account when you use your card. They double charge you. I literally had 220 in my account this morning and and on spent 143, now some how i only have 43 in my account. We have had nothing but issues since they switched from anchor bank. We never had issues when we had anchor bank. But now we have money issues that we have never had before. Im closing my account and switching banks.

Blue booted cats1Me and my family's experience has been terrible ever since the switch to Old National...this bank is without a doubt the definition of an evil bank. They take out multiple random fees unexpectedly from any account they please, then when you go negative due to those fees, you get MORE fees!

Ray Brackman1I doubt this is typical. and hope it is not typical, but I experienced an instance of very poor customer treatment earlier this month (Feb 2020) by the branch manager, Ms. M Petersen. I am working it thru proper channels, I'm confident the company will deal with it fine . No other issues
