jackal3421Worst service possible. No workers, and super long lines all the time. Never a good experience when coming here. I drive to the Forest Lake location whenever possible just to avoid this bank.

I hope you'll accept my apology and allow me forward this matter to the appropriate team for review. minnesotabirdmites2Went there for a transaction from my company card to personal bank account. The failed executing the transaction. I let them know that I didn't have that issue at Wells Fargo in Shoreview. They recommended I ask the teller at S.V. what the process was for a successful transfer...so I could inform other tellers what the procedure is at other banks: inappropriate. I'm not employed by W.F. This is a lack of understanding of the job and or failed training by managment, or they plainly didn't care: there is something in the water, very scatter brained at this location.

PopEye The Pirate5I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years and walking in here was one of the best banking experiences I've had. I just did a withdrawal but everyone was so full of energy. When I went to get coffee they where out and a woman went and got more for me and served it to me while I was in line. Just a little bit of energy make all the difference.

Cay Y.2This bank has been the worst experience ever. I have banked here a few times in the past and never had problems. Too much customer service and questions that it has become unpleasant. They refused to give me my transaction slip through the drive thru and said I had to go inside their lobby and speak to a banker. My baby was crying and screaming in the car. Inconvient, disrespectful employees that were not considerate of customers' time. Please find another location, this one is not worth your time.

Yer Lor1I normally bank here for most of my financial needs because it's close to where I live. I was disappointed when the banker did not apply for the exact loans I requested. I specifically asked to refinance my personal loan and to see if I would get approved for an auto loan. He called to let me know I was approved for an auto loan, but not approved to refinance my personal loan. I was confused because I've been able to refinance my personal loan in the past. He explained that I had too many inquiries. I decided to call a different banker to ask why I wasn't approved for the personal loan. He explained that I had applied for an auto loan, which was approved and was not approved to refinance a personal line of credit because they didn't refinance personal lines of credit. I wasn't happy to hear that the banker at Maplewood did not do what I had asked. I decided to go to a different branch to refinance my personal loan and surely, I was approved. I am not happy that my credit score had to be pulled twice because of the mistake the banker did.

LM H2Attn banking customers... bank locally! This would be a 1-star experience, except that I received such a wonderful & warm greeting from Julia V. (teller) and Abel (a greeter?), and got good phone service from Patrick. The rest of this branch, however, needs to take a lesson on customer service! I've had an account for over 5 years. I was told there would be no fees, as long as I maintained a minimum balance. (I don't use this account... it just holds a minimum amount of $ so I can cash checks from WF.) Well, 2 years into it, WF started charging fees, which caused my balance to drop, leading to additional fees! I called, got the fees taken care of. (Great service back then). Then, 6 months ago, I see that I'm getting dinged $10/month AGAIN! I called & Patrick saw the problem and took care of it, and explained how I could fix it permanently. I came in today to solve the problem. Brenda U. (a personal banker) was really snarky and had the audacity to say "Why did you take so long to come in?" Um, is that really your business? It doesn't matter if it takes 2 weeks or a month. WF's system still goofed by suddenly activating the fees. She talked to her branch manager Jessica, and they agreed that I had waited too long, so even though I was never supposed to be charged in the first place, they wouldn't be waiving the charges. (Can't help but wonder if I had come up with a better excuse if Brenda would have thought that WF should keep its agreement.) Needless to say, I closed my account. And after reading the other scathing reviews, I guess I'm not alone!

Ken Gladden1I went here to cash my check. They have sales bankers standing behind the tellers that look over the accounts when the tellers bring them up. The sales banker insisted that i sign up for a personal loan. When i told him "no" he kept saying "are you sure?" Never will take "no" for an answer
