  Not impressed with the switch from KleinBank to Old National. The online banking doesn't show you where your pending transactions are from. It takes 2-3 days to deposit a check. They charge you $10 to transfer money across accounts after 6 transfers. It took 2 months to get a new debit card. It isn't a good fit for us anymore. We will be switching banks at the end of the month. The people are still great because they were Klein employees. That's the only thing we will miss.

  So disappointed with this bank. We will be switching. I miss Klein, we had been with Klein for 15 years...no issues ever. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this bank has had me so upset numerous times the past few months, that I felt it was necessary. Between the time frame for an online deposit to post (even through it shows available), the ridiculous fees, too the long wait time to talk to someone in customer service. On their recording while waiting to speak to customer service, they say they pride themselves as being an ethical bank. Hardly the case. Don’t bank here..you will be sorry.

  Klein Bank went from one of the most personalized, caring banks to now Old National, which in my opinion is just a big bank out to take peoples money. Corporate has no customer service nor do they care if you have been a customer for 20 years. Happy I made the switch and went to Citizen’s bank.

  I would give it a zero if I could. Old National Bank is horrible!! Do NOT bank here. The charge $38 an overdraft fee even if you make a deposit a day before! All the fees are outrageous. I’ll be closing all my accounts. I’ll miss all the employees and feel for them. they have to work for this poor excuse for a bank. Bring Klein Bank back!

  Was only one person working, told me the wrong information about my own account continuously, did not give me any useful information only words no documents, would not let me explain my situation, poor customer service, I miss Klein
