      I really miss the wonderful customer service from Klein Bank before Old National took over and brought in new employees. Every time I am here, the customer service is awful.

      Used to have great customer service untill they have been sold. Now not so good. And dont use the app to make payments it will randomly choose the wrong date and they will not take ownership of the issue and not cover any NSFs accrued do to the glitch.
