I have applied and received multiple loans in the past few years, but I have never encountered this level of customer service. This is my first time working with Old National Bank, and Vickie made the process of getting this loan incredibly easy, and even pleasant (never thought I would use that word when it comes to applying for a loan.) The communication was excellent, and I always knew exactly where in the process my loan was. I can't say enough good things about my experience... and on top of that they also have some of the best terms/rates for a HELOC out of any bank around Louisville.

Awful customer experience with Old National during a home construction loan. They deleted my previous negative review. DO NOT use Old National as their staff is inexperienced and unprofessional in my experience. So many issues there isn't enough space in this review to explain all of them.
