  First moved locations to downtown and there's no parking or drive-thru. There are no other offices in Jackson but the one. They don't plow in the winter and the parking lot is so small it's hard to get in and out. Second I had 2 pieces pending in my account on Friday with also my check. Since the check didn't clear til the next day when the funds were there and those transactions went through I still got charged 2 over drafts fees. If they cleared the same day as my check neither were late and was told there isn't much they could do. I'll be looking for a bank that cares about customer service.

  I have been very happy banking here. I only have positive things to say about my experience with this bank. They are so friendly and get to know you by name. As long as they keep the same wonderful people working there I will never leave.

  Worse bank ever. I deposited a check for 3800 and even though they received the funds they are telling me they can't release them for 7 days anyway. I verified with the customer and the money was taken from there bank the next day 5 days later i still don't have mine.

  While I’m not a fan of some of the bank’s policies - particularly the limit on the dollar amount of checks cashed in the drive thru - I love my visits to this bank. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating, whatever your business may be.
