Old National Bank Reviews

Kahlie Kroells1I closed all of my accounts at this location over a month ago after the conversion and changed my two automatic payments to my new accounts at Wells Fargo that same day. I just recieved a notice saying they've contacted me several times about the "unsatisfactory status" of my account and that it has been closed and "information may have either been reported to a consumer reporting agency and or turned over to a collection agency. To open a new checking account in the future, you will first need to repay all overdraft balances." Pretty damn funny as I already closed my accounts and I did NOT receive any other notices about it. And, of course, "no one is able to help me at this time" with the number I was provided. This bank is seriously pathetic.

M Tierney1Zero stars. This bank can’t figure out a simple monthly reoccurring wire transfer. For three years prior to First National acquiring Klein Bank my monthly wire worked flawlessly, then First National acquires Klein and cancelled the wire without notice, they blamed it on the receiving bank, then they admitted that they no longer support the service. They then stated they would mail a check monthly, they sent the first check to my house and not the bank the check was to be sent to. They then apologized and said next months check would be mailed to the receiving bank, that didn’t happen either. Now they have asked me to come into the bank again to resolve. This has cost me hours and hours of my time and frustration. What an amateur hour bank. Moving all of my business out after 4 blatant errors and internal bank miscommunications within two months.
