  Ben, was amazing. We had credit problems, we would have never been able to buy a home. Ben knew what we needed to do and was able to help us, not only get our home 7 years ago. We have been able to refinance our home 2 separate times, and get cash out. Ben knows how to make things just work. We have a great home with an amazing rate, on a VA loan. I would highly recommend Ben.

  I have purchased a few different homes over the years and I always found this process to be extremely complicated and convoluted until I worked with Ben. He gave me his personal and undivided attention and slowly walked me through all the details so I felt confident that I was getting the best deal possible. The whole process went extremely smoothly and I felt like I was in good hands. I will definitely use Ben again next time I buy a home.

  I came to Ben in a bit of a pickle with my home buying situation. My home was going to be done with construction and ready to close in a month and a half. This is when the first lender I was working with suddenly told me they would not do a VA loan for me because I had to get my current home loan off my name to restore my VA entitlement amount to buy my second home (I am keeping both). They basically told me that since the loan was slightly more complicated than a traditional loan, they would only finance me with a conventional loan and that I would need to come up with a massive amount of money for a down payment and other fees. Ben assured me that he could make everything work and get me financed with a VA loan and in time to close. He worked with a preferred lender and worked his magic on getting everything done while saving me thousands of dollars. He really saved the day and I cannot thank him enough for helping me every step of the way. You would be doing yourself a favor by choosing to work with Ben. He is truly a brilliant human and amazing at what he does.

  Ben and his team worked incredibly hard to find us the best deal on our mortgage. We appreciated the fact that he was able to dismiss some untrue rates given by other mortgages companies and he sat down with us and explained every step of the process, as this was our first mortgage. His knowledge was very helpful in the whole process and he is very educated when it comes to mortgages. Ben really does care and works very hard to earn your business.   Ben was recommended by our realtor and I'm so glad we went with his service. Our experience was great because: (1) Ben was there for us and super responsive throughout the process, from showing up to look at multiple houses with us to calling sellers agents to advocate for us to taking care of all the mortgage paperwork and being patient to explain the details to this newbie. And he had all the processes and paperwork set up efficiently and digitally so there weren't any hitches. (2) Being a first-time homebuyer made me feel very vulnerable generally, so I especially appreciated feeling like I could rely on Ben -- that he was honest and capable and would know what to do when and lead us through the process and get things done the right way the first time and for our benefit. (3) Trust was rewarded when everything went well with the loan. We got what other people tell us is a great interest rate and impressively low closing costs, and that despite there being some atypical aspects to our situation. And it all got done in just 18 days from offer to settlement. I'm very pleased and thankful.
