  I have very best experience with Oceans Lending. I recommend to all to go head for loan process with Michael Rinaudo. He is really awesome. I was living in New Jersey and I bought property in South Carolina. It's extremely tough for me to get the loan but he did everything successfully for me and I got a loan and bought a beautiful property just because of him otherwise my dream couldn't becomes true. He is very quick to give me response of my emails and loan company's email. He did very hard work for me, I really appreciate him. I don't have words for him. He have a lots of knowledge of property loan. I am giving 5 out of 5 start for you Michael. It's my pleasure to meet you otherwise my dream couldn't becomes true to buy a property in different state where I was not living. Thanks a lot again.

  Wow this was the best financing or refinancing experience i ever had. The whole process was quick, painless and i was kept informed every step of the way. I tried refinancing through my current mortgage company and after 3 1/2 months and no settlement date in site i called Oceans. They settled me in 18 days. I know not every refi goes this smooth or quick but i could not be happier thanks to Hien and Jonathan at Oceans Lending.

  I've dealt with several mortgage lenders/brokers and Kari is by far the best person that I've worked with. Upon my first phone discussion with her, I knew I found the right person to serve our needs. She was so personal and great to talk with, felt as though I was working with a close relative. Aside from being personable, Kari lives and breaths mortgages. I'm a numbers guy and Kari went over so many scenarios with me. Good thing I was referred to her because she was able to beat out one of the top rated mortgage lenders by a good amount of up front ca$h. She was honest and a woman of her word. Not sure if she provided me special treatment, but she will be my first call/email for any mortgage finance needs. Having several investment properties, I feel I'm at an advantage having Kari on my side. If you are mortgage shopping, do yourself a big favor and at least give her a call. I'm certain you will not go elsewhere.

  Ensure to close in a timely manner Hi All, My gratitude for Anthony Gioia he is great, regarding how he was on time to get our loan settled, he was always available in the process. Let me explain my situation from the beginning to the end. I meet a Lender in Florida, he started my case to buy my house in Sanford and the situation with him was very tough since when my family and I were in his office for the loan close, he said that the loan failed and was the last day to sign off and get the house, but unfortunately we did not get it, now I'm with my family living in the hotel with my three kids. Can you imagine we were with not house with not rent just paying a lot money living in the hotel? since the other Lender promise us the heaven and the earth and he was not doing his job very well, that was a very bad experience working with a lender that in order to put me my wife and my kids in the house he got us on the street. This is the good history of my case, we meet a sister at the church and she heard about our situation we were experimenting a bad experience that we had with the other lender and she spoke with my wife regarding a Lender that she meet before. and let me explain that she only has just one business card with her and my wife told her please give me your business card to call your lender since we need to do something right away and she said please take a picture to the card I only have one since I gave away them and I don't want give it to you sorry I have just one card from my Lender and the Lender that she was talking about was Anthony Gioia, So My wife spoke to me that she found a Lender recommended by a friend at the church, so we decided to call Anthony and Anthony did not know about our tough situation but he was very kind so he invited us to his office and we explained what happened to us, and Anthony said I have many years working as a lender and I never heard something that fail at the end of the loan close process so he was very concern. So he started our process to buy the house and from the beginner to the end that was a very great experience very nice, that was amazing, how Anthony was so kind he pay a lot of attention to every steps of the process he was ensure to close in a timely manner since all my documents were ok and finally he was able to get us settled, now my kids are very happy when they arrived into the house they started running and jumping of joy. Please don't spend your time and money with a lender that does not know how to do the right things and has so limit access. I truly recommend Anthony Gioia 100% as your Lender of your house.   My husband and I had a great experience with Oceans Lending. Wingate in particular was very helpful. He was very responsive and answered our many questions so that we felt comfortable with the whole mortgage process. Would use them again in the future!

  We settled on our house all thanks to Oceans Lending! They truly were a miracle for us and there every step of the way. I could call and text with any questions at any time and they were right there to answer any questions I had. Absolutely the nest company I've dealt with.
