  One of the worst customer service at this location their ATM machine is always out or order my money got stuck in ATM & nobody was ready to help me even bank of america customer representative was not ready to answer phone in business ours.

  Rude branch manager! Marlon Gittens. Snotty attitude. Very slow wait times because there is not enough staff. I also don’t like the fact that you have to give all of your business details while standing at the front of the plexiglass. Everyone can hear all of your business. Need to figure something else out. And he took a customer before me! When I came in before her! He even checked me in first.

  Closed 3 or 4 days a week now. Showed up on a day it’s supposed to be open at 12:20. It’s supposed to be open until 1:30 yet the security gates are down and it’s dark. Closed 2 accounts due to nothing but long lines and diminishing banking hours. (And trying to charge me for a faulty atm card to replace it). Closing the rest ASAP. Ask the CEO making $20 million a year to take a cut in salary instead of taking the service away from customers. BoA is focused nothing on profits at the top.

  I really appreciate all the explanation and help from relationship manager, James Shaw. I was there only to get my temporary debit card but end up going home with my first Bank of America credit card and eligible for gold rewards bonus. All the team were trying very hard to be nice and kindness, which is great to me and the rest of customers when I was there. Overall, the best branch of Bank of America customer service I ever had experienced in Maryland.

  My husband and I had almost gone to a different Bank of America branch due to the poor reviews online but I am glad we took the chance. I do recommend that you call and make an appointment before going in. They are an extremely busy branch and in order to keep the same warm and personalized client relationships they have moved to an appointment system. We found this out upon going in, made an appointment for an hour later, got breakfast, came back and were out within a half hour max. We met with David who was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this branch but again, make sure to make an appointment!!

  This bank was the best 2 years ago.... But times have changed. All the new tellers are slow and there is usually only 1 working at a time... EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE ARE 6 Employees in there !!!!! Not one native-born American working in there either. Unbelievable.

  At lunch time on a Friday there is a line out the door and 1 teller working. The kiosk machines were all down in the lobby so no teller assist no nothing. I tried to cash a check here and would not cash a large dollar amount and asked me to take it to my personal bank and then proceeded to tell me how Bank of America has this and it has that, trying to talk down about my M&T bank. Well atleast M&T bank has 4 tellers on a Friday and 3 at lunch time. They also have working machines that do what they say they can do in their lobby. You may have this and that, but you don't have enough employees, working machines and you definitely don't have any more of my business.

  This is single handedly the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are no help at all and that's if you even get in touch with someone. It's truly been the worst experience of my life when it comes to banks and service. There online banking is trash and I regret ever stepping foot into this bank. If there is a way to give this place a negative star review I would. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

  I had a great experience at this branch: perhaps a new manager? The manager engaged as soon as I walked in (to open a new account that needed to be done in the branch) and made sure that the process was done effectively.

  To cash a check, I had to sit and wait. At about the 10-minute mark I opened up Google to check the ratings of the bank. Majority of one-star reviews and a total of 2.6 stars currently. Just poor service from the bank, as well as a bad attitude from the manager, Abby. Will never go to that branch again
