  If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! My experience working with James Ryan couldn't have been better! He went above and beyond in every aspect. I was very nervous going into the home buying process and didn't even know where to start. I was selling my family home at the same time that I was trying to purchase my new home and this made everything even more stressful. But James stepped in and not only did he give me all of the information I needed to be comfortable in the buying process, but also gave me advice that helped the sale go much smoother. I would 100% recommend James and his team to anyone interested in purchasing a home. His expertise and communication skills are unmatched and I feel like I not only got the best deal possible, but also made a lifelong friend that I can come to for advice. I am an Oceans Lending client for life!

  James went above and beyond with helping me purchase my very first home. He was very informative and answered all my questions. James made the process go smoothly and helped me to remain positive.   Where to Begin...as we all know the market is just crazy but there hasn't been one time a phone call,an email, a text message (Even late night) ever went unread when it came to Luis A! If it wasn't for him running numbers and when I mean immediately I mean it he's fast lol I don't think I would have been able to get my dream home. He has been professional and caring and uplifting during the entire process even when I was on the brink of giving up hope he pulled through. So thank you 1000X over again for your help ,you took such a weight off my shoulders through the process and I really appreciate that.

  Excellent service. My wife and I bought our first house and Oceans Lending made everything so simple and fast. Andy Hall and Trent Shackelford were really knowledgeable and competent during the whole process. Highly recommended.

  Luis went above and beyond to make sure we sailed smoothly to closing! I am a realtor and this was my first purchase in Central Florida. Luis was great at communicating and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

  5/5!!! As a first time buyer, I had so many questions! When I started the process without any real knowledge, I completed many loan applications with multiple lenders and brokers. When I got connected with James, he made me realize that the broker I was working with was not giving me the best offer possible. I appreciate the fact that he brought this to my attention, and ever since then, he did everything he possibly could to get not only myself, but my mother (who also was in the processing of purchasing a home), phenomenal rates. Honestly, James lives and breathes work and ethic. He is on call 24/7 and treats you like family. This whole process took 1.5 years the market being what it is, never once did James lose his patience or stop encouraging me to get the property I wanted . Every time we put in offers he always had the best rates available!!

  Let me say this about James Ryan. Awesome, hardworking, very knowledgeable, fast, and on top of it. This was my very first house I bought. James made the whole process simple and very painless. I thought for sure I was going to pull out my hair. But James humor and kindness made me feel like we were all one big happy family. Every time I had a question it was answered with extreme quickness. Even after a few months later I needed some help and I reached out to James and to no surprise to me he was there eager and willing to help. James made everything we talked about seem as if it was the upmost importance. That I was the only person on his agenda. If I am to go through this process again I wouldn’t want anyone else on my team except for James. James your are the man I appreciate everything you did for me and my family. He's genuine, humble, and hardworking. As a home lending professional, he's truly found his calling! He's everything he's always been, but amplified!   James Ryan is the one and only guy you will ever need. The best decision I made in this whole process was trusting in James. Everytime something came up he had the solution before I could ask the question. I'm so grateful to him and Oceans Lending for making my home buying experience stress free.

  I normally don’t write reviews but I had to because we had such an amazing experience with the Joshua Goff and Oceans Lending in Lake Mary… My wife and I search around for the best deal in which they provided but not only that the level of customer service was on point… I’ve been in the construction industry for a long time and they hands-down did the best job we could possibly ask for. I highly recommend them to anybody for purchase or refinance… They did both of ours and we couldn’t be happier
