  I'm seeing all the glowing and great reviews of this company online. I wish that was my experience. I have been calling them for over a week and can not get anyone to pick up the phone or respond to any of my emails regarding my PPP Loan. I applied through Womply, and for some reason they gave my loan to Fountainhead and that is where all communication stops. My loan was approved on March 27. it is for very , very little money so I'm not understanding why this bank that I never heard of until March 27th will not response to any of my request for a status update. It's nice to see everyone else was able to get serviced and received their funding, I just wish I could too. Not sure why Womply picked this bank to hand me over to, but I really wish they had picked a bank that was more customer centric, and that would actually respond when you call/email them. Update: I could never get anyone from Fountainhead to return my calls or emails. I had to contact my local congresswoman and have her office get in tough with Womply directly about the fact that Fountainhead will not respond to my trying to contact them about my loan...... Two days later I was funded, still no communications from Fountainhead. I have emailed Fountainhead a FEW times asking for information on submitting my Loan Forgiveness Application, still can not get anyone to respond to me. Today I get a marketing email from them asking me to leave a 5 star review of their company. So, I can not call you, you will not respond to my emails, I have to contact my local congresswoman to get you to fund my loan, but you want a 5 star review from me???? My 5 star review is that you need to pick up your phone, or respond to the many emails your borrowers are sending trying to get information regarding their loans. Womply gave my loan to these people, had it been my chose, I would have chosen a company more customer centric.

  Fountainhead came through for my PPP loan. My bank of 20+ years wouldn’t return my call, instead directing me to some garbage website. Fountainhead enabled me to keep my all of employees. There's no way I'd have been able to do that without this low. Yes, Fountainhead’s team was slammed. And, while I wish they’d have gotten the loan closed even faster than they did. My loan went through within days of the second Congressional authorization. I found the team was appropriately cautious, asking for back-up documentation to ensure my loan would meet SBA qualifications. This protected me from problems in the future. And once approved the closing paperwork arrived within hours. When completed the loan funded immediately. I found Fountainhead was professional, helpful and worked hard to close my loan in spite of the massive demands that were placed upon them during a historically unique situation. You can trust Fountainhead to help you protect and grow your small business.
