  These guys are great. I had to hock a high end bike while I was laid off a while back, and they took good care of my baby. Also, just bought a nice low-end laptop from them. I found better deals on craig's list, but Gold Standard has all their laptops available for booting up so you can see what you're getting. When I've bought from craig's list, the computers usually die in a week. I know some people thing pawn shops are creepy, but these guys aren't.

  Find me a Movado watch for $50. These people know NOTHING! I was here 6 months ago and was offered $200 for my watch. Come back 6 months later all the sudden it is a $50 watch. Kick rocks

  Rude and won't be back. Buying, selling or pawning an item...a customer is a customer, you treat them as such. Lady that I spoke with (don't know her name bc she didn't introduce herself) had a stuck up face at the first glance at me. Lady looks at my item and says "it's just silver, you won't get much". Ok 1st off: "just silver" last I checked still was worth money. Tip for chick... Don't down grade what someone has bc to you it's expendable to YOU. 2nd: you have now turned me off going to this establishment moving forward because I like going somewhere that my business is appreciated (not made feel like its unworthy of you) and 3rd: CHICK, ITS A PAWN SHOP. get over your self. There are plenty of pawn shops be careful who you turn away.. bc locals make local businesses run.

We cannot always meet your expectations of price but we should always inform you of our position in the most polite way possible.   This has to be the best pawn shop in the region..They have helped me multiple times as i went through some tough times..I am verry thankfull for the great service they gave me.They treated me as if i were Family..I love Oaks Pawn and they have quality Fire Arms, allong with anything else u mite need

  Great service and even better prices. Rock bottom prices on IMEI clear phones. Very satisfied with the Galaxy S5 for a price half of what Re-Tech would have wanted.

  They advertised they would beat any price on scrap gold and they backed taht claim to the fullest. After shopping numerous pawn shops with my gold, and getting poor offers i heard there ad on the radio, to my suprise they really did out do everyone. Thank you Gold Standard West
