  This is by FAR the BEST pawn shop I have been too. EVERYONE that works there are so wonderful and nice and polite and soooooooo helpful they have worked with me when I have been late. As long as you communicate with them they are very understanding....I highly highly advise you to go nowhere else. Only pawnshop I'll go to... thank you guys for everything.. Ashley brown

  I have had nothing but good experiences each time I needed their help. I have never been to a pawn shop before and found myself in need of help. They make you feel confortable and go out of their way to be helpful. The Manager just recently went out of her way to help me. Excellent Customer Service. I more than recommend Mel's.

  These guys are GREAT!!!! They work with you and actually care. I was over 15 days late and they worked with me to figure out how to keep it. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!! Thanks Mel’s!!!

  Every time I go in there they all speak , they offer all help. Very nice . I go for the same thing and it's quick and fast. Thanks , they really help when you need it and responsible .

  I this place every time I go there the people that work there are nice friendly and easy to get along with and they give you good prices for what you are trying to pawn I go there at least twice a month
