  We are finally moved in and very happy to have a beautiful home. Thank you so much to the NV Home team and special thanks to Mary Anne & Todd our Project Manager. We highly recommend Mary Anne she has been amazing! She was very pleasant, honest , kind, professional, really knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. She walked us through the entire process and provided right updates & any information quickly. I would recommend Mary Anne to all friends & family. A special thanks to our Project Manager Todd, He is very professional and walked us through the entire process & replied to any questions and concerns quickly. He also updated us regularly on the development status with pictures and emails. It made us feel comfortable. In the end, our dream became a beautiful house.

  NV Homes, Cedar Creek offered a delightful experience. A beautiful community. The sales rep MaryAnne had great energy and made the experience a lot less stressful. Although we haven’t made a decision yet, we are looking forward to the new lots being released and building our forever home.

  We are in and settled and I am finally getting a chance to write an over-due review. We had a great experience with our project manager, Todd, and sales rep, Mary Anne. Both were very responsive, professional and transparent throughout the build process. Mary Anne even helped us find schools, sports teams and other clients in the area as we were new to Maryland. Thank you for a great process and for working with us while we built a home out of state. We love our new home and the Cedar Creek community.

  We just purchased a single family home in this community. So far the experience has been very positive. The sales rep Mary Anna Long is very professional and dedicated, always responds to our needs in a helpful and timely manner. I am looking forward to meeting other member of their team in the next phase of building our new home

  Maryanne Long is phenomenal!! She has been so responsive and great at communication. She has fabulous taste and style, and has thus continued to help me with design choices and interior finishes throughout the construction process. I can only say the most positive things about Maryanne and feel so lucky I have gotten the opportunity to work with her.

  We built our brand new single family home with NV Homes. From start to finish, the whole process has been great so far! We first met with Mary Anne at the sales center and she walked us through the process and has been available to us whenever we need her. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Our project manager, Todd, has also been a great help. He sends us picture updates on the progress of our house. We couldn't ask for a better experience. This is our first time building a house and we are super happy and excited!

  Maryanne Long is hands down my new favorite person!! She is beyond helpful and so sweet. She is always quick to respond, joyful, professional, and such a joy to talk to and be around.   I would like to add few more comments about the project manager Todd Duckworth as I didn't meet him when I have given my first review and He is so helpful for following up of my new house status on a weekly basis with his wonderful pictures to update us personally and also he has so knowledge about all systems in the new house and he is having lot of patience to answer my questions anytime during the weekends as well in his off work. I really appreciate his help in getting fixed for so minor issues after i moved in also. We are very impressed with the whole process as it was so quick and easy. We didn’t even had to leave home just few emails and phone calls and the house is ready to start construction now. We got the price we asked for so very happy. I will love to recommend Mary Ann Sales Rep at NV Homes Cedar Creek community, MD to my friends and family as extremely prompt with phone calls and always checks up on us. Mary Ann is really knowledgeable, reliable. She was really trying to help us 200%! Great communicator. she always response as soon as she can. She provided right updates and any information quickly. Overall Mary Ann Sales lead and Todd Duckworth project manager rocks in Cedar Creek new community.

  Buying a new home is a stressful and complicated process especially in todays market. NV homes provided great design choice to make it feel like you buying a custom house. Mary Anne was awesome as she walked me through the entire process and always replied to any questions/concerns quickly. The project manager is attentive and gives continual updates as well as construction pictures. I am still waiting on the house to be finished but I feel like it will come out perfect!

  The NVHomes at Cedar Creek Singles team is wonderful and full of contagious enthusiasm for this community. The contracting process with Mary Anne, house design process, and building process with Todd for my new home has been extremely timely and smooth. There are many options available in this community to make your home unique and all are beautiful and of high quality. The NVHomes team genuinely cares about the process from the moment you walk in the door and that makes all the difference.
