Capital One Bank Reviews

NASN LLC1Very unhelpful staff. We do a lot of banking with capital one and we also give them a lot of business as business owners and they do not value their customers. I was trying to open another account with them that would be a high value account for them with my new business but they don't appreciate their customers so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I should close out all of our accounts and give our money to a bank that knows how to treat their customers.

Robert Cameron1Should be 0 stars, asked to set up a business account was told they cant set up a time for the next 3 weeks, asked to speak with the manager was told they would not be available until the end of the week, what a joke. Unless you want to get the run around and terrible customer service every time you bank I suggest you go elsewhere

suhay vid4Just now 12:14 Constructive review This is a lesson for you guys at the bank 4 stars because today was not nice and not polite at all,i have my business account with you and today i had to see how you took 3 people ahead of me,solved 3 different customers problems, printed a paper that the customer had to sign, picked 2 phone calls and some one got change while i was calmly waiting for a simple cashier check to be printed, who to blame?...You took 36 minutes of my time and money(I have no employees so I had to close the store) and didn't even politely offer me an apology/excuse or even waved the $10 fee( Wich would have showed that you acknowledged the time i was there waiting), is crazy that a customer told me they felt bad that they were taking my time and apologized but not the guys a the bank! i don't know....it's just not right something bothered me, Maybe it was that i had a dead line .Next time priorities should be first and you should try to help the people that been decently waiting and with good posture towards the time sensitive situation.

Amir Hamrahian2I have had some good experience in this branch before, but my last visit was awful. The guy who looks like someone originally from East Asia is the rudest person I have ever seen in any bank in the US. He mocks customers and has an attitude. Recommend to avoid him as much as possible.

Saskia Herrera Riggs1Made a cash deposit and the ATM at the drivethru took the money, did not return it and did not deposit it in my account. Had to sat there for almost an hour to file a claim over the phone. Now I have to wait for God knows how long until they do an investigation to get my money back. Ugh!
Response from the ownerWe know this doesn't ease the frustration of the here & now, but we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on this & we've doc'd this review to get in front of the right eyes so your voice is heard. ^NW

Jeremy Gordon2I had a checking account here growing up. I closed it when moving out west for a few years, and decided to reopen one again when I moved back. Despite me having been a previous loyal customer, they wanted to charge me a $50 fee just to open an account. They refused to budge when I questioned removing it, so I didn't, nor will I do any more business with them. That much of a fee for a simple checking account is ridiculous. The tellers' artificial smiles and overly friendly dialogue has also been very annoying. Would not recommend this bank to anybody looking to open a checking account.
Response from the ownerHI, we don't charge a fee to open an account with us. Sounds like there was money owed to us from the other account that you had with us and we would collect that before opening an account with us. To be sure please give us a ring at 1-800-655-2265. Thanks.

Mika K1The worst bank and customer service. The ATM didn’t give $540 back, and now I have to wait up to 10 business days to get my own money! Will close all my accounts with them as soon as will get my own money that they kept.

Chris Grobaker5Honestly I couldn't ask for better service. I got there at 4:50pm, 10 minutes before close, and the whole staff was quick and genuine. They helped me deposit some cash in my bank account and request a replacement card. They closed the doors a few minutes late just for me. Thank you!
