  Spent over 30 minutes trying to cash a $477.19 check for petty cash. Was told I could not get a single one dollar bill because “vault teller” was off that day. They cannot service business customers. Was told I need to call in advance to get the denomination I want for $477.19. That is unacceptable for a bank that services business accounts. It took 3 people over 30 minutes to figure out that they could not handle a petty cash check of $477.19. Go to Route 40 locations to save yourself the frustration.

  Cameron, the branch manager, who assists with opening accounts(checking, savings) etc., is by far one of the most knowledgeable/pleasant people I’ve ever met while at m and t bank. Really a great person who listens to needs and wants and gives realistic options. I drive out of my way to come to this location because he is THAT helpful. Great job!

  I could not get any employee of this branch to acknowledge me whatsoever, I stood there for a few minutes. There was only one other customer in the entire bank and they were in one of the private offices. The teller could not have been more rude and never even tried to greet me . This bank does not even want your money they could not make it any more clear. I would never consider banking at this location when there are much better options to choose within the same shopping center. Why anyone would choose to do business with a disrespectful bank is beyond me

  I don't understand the negative comments on here About this wonderful bank. They have gone over and beyond for me With all my banking needs. The tellers and all people I have ever Come in contact with go over and beyond with customer service To make sure you are completely satisfied. I live in this community And wouldn't bank anywhere else. Keep up the Great work! Jacqueline

  This bank has horrible customer service. Its another bank who believes you work for them. It used to be a $10 fee for cashing a check if you don't have an account but now it's a 2% fee. They have always been the most frustrating bank including letting my ex clear out an account of mine and closed it even though I was an account holder.
