Since the new bank has taken over this place is an absolute joke!! It’s not the local staff it’s the staff that you have to deal with in California. After 20 plus years of banking with unified people’s federal credit union we will be taking our banking else where.

I loved this bank until they joined with Nuvision now it's not a bank I would recommend. The people are still very friendly as they are the same as I was dealing with before but the banking process is completely different and a complete scam.
