  Cleanest and most professional pawn shop I have ever been in. Their merchandise is clean and top notch like buying new for half or less. Everything that is sold at Lincolnway Pawn is clean well taken care of and guaranteed. You can't beat that.

  I think this is the first time I have ever written a review, but base on my recent experience I felt obligated. I went there to sell a tv I've had sitting around for awhile. The employee(a bald, taller, heavier set male with a few teeth missing) made my experience one that will resignat every time I think or hear about Lincolnway Pawn for the remainder of my life. When trying to figure out a price he could offer he used ebay as his primary source. He proceeded to compare my tv(Samsung) to the cheapest brand he could find(Sensei). Offered me a price that was so out of this world that I had to take a minute to process. I asked him how he can compare apples to oranges, he then proceeded to tell me "I can do whatever the hell I want". The entire conversation was just degrading to say the least. I will never do business there again! I hope this review shines some light on any future customers. After I left I went over to City National pawn on Dell Range and was treated very respectfully. They gave me 2 1/2 times what their competitor was willing to pay and did it with a smile. Way to go guys, you have a customer for life! Save your time and go with other better options in town.   I took my ps4 in and it was in working condition. Also when you go to take games in they will only give you only 2-3 dollars. When I got my ps4 out, took it home and went to go play a game my disk drive wasn’t working. I strongly recommend finding a different pawn shop

  Absolutely terrible you know its sad when they have their employees writing the only good reviews. If you want to go to a pawn shop where the heads of the owners and employees are inflated to the size of the 1000 pound pumpkin then by all means this is your place. Shocking performance by one of the biggest shops in Cheyenne must have gotten most of their wares by ripping people off and I mean REALLY ripping people off. Oh by the way you know they deal with low quality people when you can walk through the store in to the liquor department and spend the money from your now sold, stolen items!!!! LOL what a joke. Do your self a favor if considering selling something here and just dont.

  If I could put no or negative stars I would the buy at half price or less and sell used guns at new price or over new price. If you take something in on loan they will rip you off and charge intrest that hasn't even accrued. I made a payment before intrest was due and have a receipt saying it went to principle then got a call saying I had to pay the next month's principle and they took the money off the payment and said it could only be store credit. Will never set foot in that place again they lie and cheat you.

  They are great in a pinch! The only reason they don't get higher stars from me is the "cash out, cash back in" policy. If I have money on my debit card; or credit card for that matter which is too expensive for cash, I should be able to damn well pay my bill. Many places are the opposite and don't accept cash! So why hassle with it? It's bad enough I'm in the position to give you my money to begin with.

  Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It doesn't seem like customers are a priory here and I saw a woman rudely dismissed when she tried to ask a question. Their prices are firm and they don't negotiate or haggle on prices like other pawn shops. Went here once and that was enough to convince me to never go again. Don't waste your time.

  If your not from Cheyenne or have a "local" bank a payday loan is out of the question for you. The pawn side wasn't too too bad to deal with but unless all in all. I rather not deal with this pawn shop in the future.

  Worst pawnshop I ever encountered there prices are at a crazy high and then they want to give you little to nothing!! For any kind of merchandise you have to offer lol this place is a joke I’d rather drive an hour to Colorado where they have real pawnshops that won’t do you dirty like this sorry pawnshop

  Good selection on a ton of quality items. The staff are all really nice and exceptionally accommodating too.
