  My husband found a fantastic item. Wall hanging blades American flag. We were amazed at the gratitude of the entire staff towards military veterans. We will definitely come back again. Great item throughout the store and amazing customer service. Thank you so much!!!!

  I am new to the Pawn game and when a certain other pawn shop in town had one employee tell me one thing and another employee tell me something completely different (not in my favor) I called City National Pawn and spoke to Kobe. Not only did he say he would match the original deal, he spotted me as soon as I walked through the door. Gave me a great deal, and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. This place for sure has gained me as a life long customer. I will absolutely be back and Kobe is the one who set that precedent. I'd give more stars if it was an option.

  Staff is nice. I was trying to sell some stuff nobody else wanted to even look at. They offered a much lower amount than I wanted for it, but at least they gave an offer and it was better than sitting in my garage. This is why I don't care for pawn shops because you get low balled so bad, but I couldn't sell it anywhere else so I won't complain too much.

  City National pawn is hands down a 10 out of 10 !!! I most definitely recommend checking them out first🏆. They are on there game. In & out they are fast and friendly & take amazing care of there customers & will give you the best deals in Cheyenne!!!

  The people a city national pawn are Hella awesome. For a little extra fast cash there no other place. Thay really help out the regulars when needed. And if you forget you have a loan they will text a reminder. Hella awesome. Thanks City National.

  I frequently shop at all of Cheyenne’s pawn shops and I have to say Jeni at City National Pawn is hands down the best sales person to work with out of all of them. Keep up the good work

  Great visit to this lovely pawn shop. Mat gave me an incredible deal on some silver jewelry. He was very personable and wants to make each customer happy. I will be referring all my family and friends to his pawn shop as well as bringing DVDs CDs jewelry and watches to him next time I'm in Cheyenne. Why buy new jewelry when you can get a great deal at City National Pawn in Cheyenne? Great customer service, great chat and great deals! Thanks again!

  This is actually Ricky Perry and I'd like to give both thumbs up to the staff at this pawn shop, especially my buddy who deserves it for his kind nature and caring attitude towards those who frequent the shop. Thank you all for your customer care and awesome sociable conversations. But for one specifically my friend for years, thank you Matt for not just being a great customer service specialist but my friend and your caring response to those in need.   Best pawn shop ever to the point where I want to give them more stars and they have nice workers nice things they sell and they have everything split up into certain sections I love the place and am also only 13 I would suggest to go there and look for yourself
