  For whatever reason tellers were looking over at me and laughing when I walked in.. kept looking at them thinking they would look away to at least play pretend at being professional- didn’t happen. The teller that actually helped me though (Brianna) was super nice and professional

  This bank is ghetto the representatives act useless and question you for basic requests “why do you need a new card?” the card machine is always down and ordering a new card gets lost in the mail horrible system Nusenda needs to do better as a whole I’ll be closing my account soon go to US Eagle Federal Credit Union

  Had a pre approval vehicle loan with this bank was happy to receive it with a lower interest rate then my current bank. HOWEVER actually dealing with this branch was horrible they could find my loan application didn’t receive my information for opening an account online(with my other account information for my main bank) or update the vehicle I was going to purchase from the one I got the quote on! Dealing with the constant changing of people in the call center, instead of being able to work with one individual so thing could be done correctly. Too hard to deal with online or over the phone. Was finally able to come in AFTER my 10 day quarantine only to deal with a gentleman who once again had 0% listening capabilities. Everyone I spoke with said I could purchase a vehicle from out of state when that wasn’t the case what so ever. I will never come back.

  Omg. One way in. No way our. Lines slow. Stuck. Just wanted to hit the atm. But stuck in line sharing teller lines. Please figure out something else. This isn't working. Unbelievable. I cant even exit here.

  Everytime I've gone in my visit is quick, the workers are nice and the building is clean.

  I opened an account three years ago with an ID card that was damged but they said it was fine. I have been using that same ID card at several branches without issue. Since the Pandemic I have been using the Coors location since it is the only one within walking distance, and have been told they will not accept my ID since it is mutilated. I have other ID that I can show them, but have been told it needs to be a state issued card. I no longer drive, so the ONLY time I use this card is to get access to MY money. I am not going to go to the MVD for a new ID during a pandemic. I'm certain there must be an alternative since the only reason to get one is for the transactions I do there, and I do have other ID to back it up. I am more likely to simply close my account even though the tellers are nice and polite. The managers, on the other hand, seem to think I'm some sort of criminal for simply trying to access MY money.

  I just left there. The guy at the door was completely rude. I was trying to open my grand daughter an account to start teaching her about financial literacy but was totally discouraged as I left. I bank with Nusenda and the way I was treated completely wants to make me close my account. I do my business banking with Bank of Albuquerque. So I called they were super sweet and helpful and I am here now setting up a student bank account for her.

  Tried to get some change and just because I don't have an account with them they denied me service.. However my niece does have an account with you guys and I'm gonna advise her to close her account because she's had her account with you guys for a long time won't even give her a loan and she got like a 700 credit Sore..you guys don't help in anyway shape or form so I will be telling people from word of mouth that you guys do bad Bussniess and even if you have an account with good credit this credit union won't help you..........

  I've only been in here twice but my first visit the banker was very helpful and knowledgeable on how to handle my problem. I was in and out. Second visit the drive thru was busy I must have came during their busy time I waited about 30 min but they completed my transaction with no issues. Definitely will return if needed.

  I wouldn't trust the tellers to count on taking care of your money. There has been three times where I have payed my auto loan just to get a follow up that i haven't been keeping up with my payments, despite having proof of my payments. I would entrust any other nuesenda branch to take care of your money.
