  Great guys. Father/Son great guys to do business with. They take care of their customers. They have great know how on tools,gun, jewelry, gold,sliver, ect. Aways glad to do bussiness anytime with them.

  The older man who owns and runs this shop was very controlling and not truthful when it comes to jewelry and the items he sells. First of all, I borrowed money with some jewelrey I owned. The first thing he said about my gold necklace was that is was 10 kt Gold and it also had several diamonds. He said he could not lend more that what it was worth and gold ring. I work and away from ABQ most of the month and did not come back in time. My fault. But when I went back he told me that he melted all down. I also went to him to sell Silver. I gave him the bag. It was at least 15 ounces. He said he could only give me $12. I told him that it was silver and told l what it was worth market value. He then said ok how about $23. No more then that. I took this same bag to a real place on menaul and they checked ever item and weighted it. I got $65 for it. Then I bought a sander from him and when I finally used it a month later. The sand paper does not stick to the sander. I called him up and he denied that it was not working and I got upset and he hung up on me. I called several times and he became very mean and nasty to me. Especially when I told him how he handled his business with me. I would never deal with silver or gold with him. and make sure you see that anything electrically is working before you leave the shop. He is use to doing this to people he feels are vulnerable. I am taking to court.

  I highly recommend this pawn shop. I've only had positive experiences, always walked out feeling like I got the best deal possible, there's no way I would go anywhere else.

  They were rude to me. Even asked if my items were stolen. Maybe because I’m a Latina. And ignored me while he had a convo with a person who wasn’t even a customer.
