Monique Garcia1If I could give a negative I would. The assistant manager is so immature and acts like he is superior to customers. He cursed at me and told me I was SOL. The credit union has the worst customer service I wish they would fix it. I was crying when I left I was so upset and the short assistant manager refused to give me his name and belittled me in front of other guest. Telling me I should just close my account if I don’t like the customer service. Something has to change with this location. They hire the worst people I’ve ever met

Jenny T1This location used to have a good service. For the past few years it's getting worse. I came to open a CD and the person who I was scheduled with is Daniela Gutierrez. Was it her? Who knows, there's no name in the table and she purposely sit sideways from me so I can't verify the name. She did not let me finished writing my signature as I was about to cross letters and put a dots in and she just closed it out saying that there's already a signature! It's not finished yet. She talks over me before I get to speak what I wanted. Treated me as if I'm a nuisance wasting her time. Worst than any of the bad staffs I've encountered here last 2 years. They're the closest to our house so I came here thinking maybe they have fixed their issue. NOT!!! DON'T COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER!!!

Fila Jaminez1Every single time I come to this location, I get treated so terribly. The tellers are so unfriendly, impolite, & unprofessional. One in particular who refused to give me her name, blonde hair slicked back. Must think she’s better than anyone else because she doesn’t speak. She always has the worst attitude, you can see it in her eyes & hear it in her voice when/IF she even talks to you during your whole transaction.

Raquel Anzures5You want great customer service from a loan officer, talk to Angelo Roibal. He explained everything kept me in the loop, and got my payments to start on my paydays before I had the chance to ask him. When I did loans before I had to fight with those loan officers to understand I need them to coincide with my pay dates. Angelo got it all done, professionally. Thank you Angelo. Hey Rio Grande he needs to teach other loan officers what customer service really is, he needs a nice big raise. Thank You Angelo.

R S1Honestly the worst loan department I have ever attempted to work with. Won’t return calls , does not keep you updated and has no one to take calls. This is an absolute joke, I’d rather have my credit ran again before ever working with these people again. Even thinking about moving my checking and savings account to another credit union.
