  Post Falls and CDA Staff is great and very accommodating. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't give them any stars. The banking app is not user friendly. It was built with to many steps to get where you want and is very glitchy. When trying to call any branch you will get dished off to a call center in another state and again will have to go through multiple steps because they refuse to put the customer's needs and time first. It's all about increasing profitability and less to do with customer service. You may want to consider a better bank or Credit Union.

  Friendly and helpful staff. I've banked with numerica about 5-7 yrs. Not happy they won't sell rolls or boxes of coins unless it for business use. They helped me get my car at awesome apr with decent payments.

  Came in this branch today and was helped by Veronica, she helped me with a very difficult time I am having with a personal situation. She made a few really bad days a lot better. Very professional and extremely nice with no judgement. Hard to find now days. Love this Credit Union! Great people!

  The numerica credit unions customer service representatives are under educated to put it nicely. The bank its self has no forgiveness even if you are young and learning how things work. The employees treat you as if you are stupid when you explain your case and there is no sympathy even if it is the first time you've over drafted. I am sure that doesn't happen to anyone though, cause life is perfect. :/

  I cant believe how difficult it is to make a payment with them. I go in every month to make a payment on my husbands loan and they question everything and make it where i want to refinance with a different bank. Every other bank I've had to make payments with under my husbands name has never made it this difficult. I hate having to go in ever month. It shouldn't be that difficult.

  I love numerica credit union and the people that work there. The only thing I have to say is they need to invest in a money counter not just a money deposit machine.

  I love Numerica! All the managers and tellers are friendly and efficient. The hometown feel is greatly appreciated.

  As a small business owner Numerica is not worth banking with. You will get a different answer at each location for the same problem. Total disappointment closed my account after a very frustrating two years.
