  Let me tell you about how wonderful it was working with Christie Benjamin. I initially called the office upset and frustrated about having just sold my home and my mortgage had not been paid off at the closing. Christie thoroughly explained to me how the laws are different in NJ as I had never sold a home in that state before and how when my property was looked up that it showed there was no mortgage on the property. I then called my lender and asked them what was going on and someone had in fact dropped the ball there and had not recorded my refinance. I called Christie back at Nu World Title and apologized to her for getting upset and she immediately calmed me down by offering to stop the original check that had been mailed to my attorney so that she could get the correct payoff from my lender once I informed her that I did have a mortgage and she requested the mortgage payoff so that she could wire a check directly to the lender for payoff that evening. She also said that she would send my proceeds to me overnight via Fed Ex so that all could be complete and I could go into my weekend without the added stress. I got my check by noon the next day which was great. As soon as I sent Christie the mortgage payoff from the bank she wired the funds even though her office was closed and I truly felt that she went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Christie completely defused what started off as an upsetting situation. Because of Christie Benjamin I am giving Nu World Title a 5 star Yelp review which I may not have taken the time to do so otherwise.

  It was a great experience to work with this title company. Yvette Feliciano was and is the best escrow agent. She is patient, efficient, professional, and most importantly she is a people person! She will put the clients needs before anything and she will go above and beyond to make the file close without any issue. My clients love working with Yvette! I’m sure we will see great things of her and of this company!

  I refinanced my house to pay my credit cards, nu world title revived my money to pay my cards, I personally took statements of my account and I spoke many times on the phone about the problem, I sent an email, well, it's been more than two months they haven't paid some cards , then I paid nu world for a job , it increased my interest , arrears due to late payment and they still do not pay , I filed a complaint with the state of New Jersey I hope they pay now , everyone be very careful in choosing the title company !!! !!!!!

  This has to be the Worst title company by far. Not responsive and neglect of previous closing customers. For over 4 months I have been battling with this company to pay the previous water bill left by previous owner. Attorney states that there was $1,000 dollars left over to cover unpaid bills and yet this company can't make payment. Worst experience ever...if anyone is thinking of closing with this company, please make sure all bills are taking care of before doing so. Good luck...
