  I was recommended David Sanders at a time when all resources seemed to have been exhausted for a situation that I have been working on for many years. David proceeded without any prompting to clear the air and said, "Don't worry, we will figure this out", and lo and behold he not only figured it out, but resolved matters completely. David Sanders is a not only a very professional worker, dedicated to his clients, but is also a very caring individual who empathizes with people, understanding that people are possibly going through some hardship and it helps to show some warmth and give assurances to show people that the sun will rise and he is there to make sure the client will feel the rays and warmth of that sunshine. David Sanders does his job always thinking that at the end of the day, there will be a person who will smile and be happy, and most of all hopeful. It is important to him that he should be able to take pride in his accomplishments, not just take money to the bank, which he most definitely deserves to do. I feel extremely lucky that I deserved to find David Sanders to help me when I thought there was no more help possible. Even with a simple mortgage, he makes the experience completely pleasurable. I will recommend him always, unless I don't like that person. I wish him continued success .

  Swift and efficient service. Took very little involvement as communication was succinct yet informative and all important business processes were electronically automated. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have an already hectic work commitment.

  We refinanced a year after we moved into our home. Do to crazy scheduling, we HAD to refinance in only 10 days. If I thought Julie and her team at MR CAPITAL were Rockstars a year ago during our initial move, they now have ascended into the realm of Magical Beings! I presented them with a near impossible scheduling task. Julie assured me that she and her team can make this happen. Less than 10 days later my refinance was completed and I will be saving thousands of dollars on my mortgage! AMAZING
