  There are not enough words to describe the appreciation and gratitude that my family and I have for Adam and his assistant, Devon. Our buying experience initially did not start with Florida Mortgage Brokerage, we were actually two weeks into a contract with a another lender when I received the Loan Estimate... that is when everything went down hill. The origination fees were outrageous and we were devastated! How would we ever manage over $30k in closing costs when we were initially quoted about half! I contacted Adam of Florida Mortgage Brokerage on a Sunday after researching many companies online. Adam returned my call early Monday morning. I explained our situation and he immediately eased my concerns. We elected to have our contract moved to FMB and have not regretted it. There were times throughout the process where I had became discouraged but Adam and his team were outstanding! I know I was a pain in their as%%# with my 1000s of emails and calls! Needless to say we closed on our home 3/10/22 and it has been such a blessing to me and my family. The only regret I have is not shopping around and finding FMB first.. Thank you Adam! Thank you Devon! I took my time in writing a review as you both deserved more than just a 5 star. I want everyone to know how much I appreciate you both and although a review was not forced on to me.. I am forever indebted to FMB and will always rave about the great service we received. 🙏🏽

  We had been put through the ringer and even had our first offer with Adam's prequalificatiin letter hijacked by another mortgage company. Through some rough turns from that person, we closed a week early. If I had quit when I was ready to give up, I wouldn't own my home but FMB and their team pulled off miracles.

  Cant say enough good things about Adam. Very responsive , very detail oriented, he takes his time explaining things, and breaking down the nuances that a average person dosent know. This was my second home purchase and compared to the first (Not through Adam) he made things smooth and gave me confidence. On my first home buy I talked to a different person anytime I called had to re-explain things multiple times etc. My second time around using Adam this time he got me a good rate and was only a phone call or text away every step of the way. I will recommend him to all family and friends buying homes

  Adam went out of his way to find us the best rate and is able to do things much quicker than others. Additionally, he is always pleasant and a nice guy...the type you’d like to have as a neighbor. We had originally planned to go with a person recommended by business colleagues but their rate was slightly higher and time to close was longer. Glad we went with him as he went the extra mile when needed, to resolve issues.

  Adam Klayman of Florida Mortgage Brokerage was amazing to work with. As first time home buyers, Adam made sure we had all our documents in order and helped us sort out some credit issues. He was familiar with travel nursing and was able to help us get an amazing rate on our mortgage. The icing on the cake was his quick responsiveness to questions and concerns, particularly when we had newbie "freak out" moments. I can not recommend Adam highly enough!

  I can go on and on about Adam, but I will keep my review brief. Adam, is such a great person to work with. He’s HONEST, INFORMATIVE and most importantly PATIENT. He made sure to give me all the options I would qualified for versus forcing me into an option that would’ve been beneficial for him. His main goal is to make sure you’re happy with your decision and I must say I still think I’m in a dream. The process was SMOOTH and I am beyond happy. He made my first time home buying experience wonderful. I’ve already referred a few of my friends to him! Adam you’re the best!
