  I was in a high interest rate jumbo loan at 6.5%. I contacted NSH and they were able to put me in a VA loan at 4.125%. Steve was extremely professional, and it was clear he was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get the loan completed, and I am very appreciative of his efforts! My experience working with Steve was top notch! I highly recommend NSH mortgage

  I called Steve to assist someone who was trying to purchase my home in Florida but were having trouble getting a loan. Steve worked diligently throughout the process, kept his clients informed throughout the process and was able to help me get my home sold on-time.   It has been over twenty years since Steve closed the loan for my newly purchased Condo. It was a total pleasure then. And now, several of my friends' adult children are doing business with Steve.
