  Great branch with a highly efficient team. Krystle (Relationship Manager) really does care for her customers and does her best to help. The kind of service I received here is the kind that makes you want to remain a lifelong customer. Thank you.

  We are relatively new customers to BOA, Krystle Clark is an amazing asset to this branch. She is upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and goes over and above to make sure her clients are cared for. The counter customer care agents are all friendly and helpful as well. We wish there was a drive thru but to get excellent customer service it’s a small price to pay to have to get out of the car and go inside.

  The team at Beverly Hills knows how to treat their customers with respect and kindness. They are very helpful and know how to do their job right. Unlike the Inverness bank. Krystal is amazing and I think she needs too start training the Inverness bank employee's how to do their job.

  The inconsiderate smucks closed the neighborhood Bank of America without notice or explanation. I'll be moving all my money and accounts to a bank closer to home definstel done with B of A forever and I will call all my friends and suggest they leave B of A, too.

  The service once you get someone on the phone is great but...... It is like giving birth to an elephant to get a human being. Half the time is spent on all that Spanish crap. I immigrated to this country and no one spoke German wherever I went and rightly so. I came, so I had to learn English. Now why is it that one can not call the Bank without talking to a machine, giving SS# and what not over the phone. Lots of unemployed who would enjoy a job answering simple questions, Thank you for letting me vent. anita wolski

  Quick, easy, convienent. I feel secure using BoA drive through. Also close to Winn Dixie, Ace hardware, Chinese food, etc.

  Closing the doors are not exactly very smart business, there are ways to take care of the customers in person if there were some smart managers. No wonder the stock price is on the floor 😕

  No one answering phones. Online appoinmrnt app spins endlessly. Basically no communication to convey needs.

  Worst Customer service of any bank in America,You will spend hours on the phone trying to talk to a Person.
