      Been there for 5 years. I used to love the bank and Freida the manager was awesome. In the past year, they went downhill fast. Not only did the world fell apart but since Freida left, my local branch got lazy, rude and honestly...treat us like we were stupid and our business doesn't matter. It's definitely time to leave the bank and find a more honest, less rude and more friendly one sadly!

      Would give 0 stars if I could, this branch is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. I've seen dozens of people walk out, including myself when it takes more than 30 minutes just to get help are only 2 customers in the bank. They've made countless mistakes like depositing my money in another persons account and they will just straight up lie to customers. We took out a loan, paid it off, and the employee assured us it would stop autopaying since it was paid off. Nope it still kept pulling the money for a loan that owed $0. It took multiple visits to get that fixed or so we thought. After months of the loan being paid off and the autopay being stopped they tried to pull out another payment as we were closing the account and that prevented us from closing it. Use any other bank, this branch is so mis-managed and most of the employees don't even know what they are doing. I'm surprised they are still open for business, we will be filing complaints with the federal reserve.

      Run ....run as fast as you can away from this bank. I had so many issues with this bank even down to the day I tried to close out my accounts. Which didn't happen since they tried to debit a LOC payment from me putting my checking account into a negative account. Funny thing is the LOC was paid off in March. The Beverly Hills location has 5 office people sitting and 1 teller working both window and drive through. People was tired of waiting in line and left...this has happened many time when I've been there....not just once. If there was a 0 rating that's what I would have picked!

      The worst branch office I have ever seen. Rude, lazy, no regard for their customer time or needs. They don’t even have the decency to greet you with a hello how can I help you ..they either say nothing or tell you to sit down ! Needless to say I walked and plan to change banks sooner than later. Might as well use an online bank, better service, better rates , and won’t ruin your day!! Oh and today a customer says we have this long line and only two tellers working, the teller (blonde) says no actually only one and snickers and says I’m just watching her to help. Leaving the line to pile up

      They did not pay the sign up bonus and the lady that answers the phone was to busy to talk about anything just told me to come into the branch. The bank manager never returned my phone call or email. They simply don't have the time for clients and don't seem to care. Thousands of banks available why waste time with this one? Can get a car loan, mortgage or business checking account anywhere else. They don't seem to even want your business.

      Went to the Beverly Hills branch bank to discuss a loan, stood in line, the teller told me to speak to a second person, who told me they couldn't help me, I was passed to a third person named Tami who ignored me. I left the bank and I am seriously considering canceling my acct and opening one with a competitor.

      Worst bank ever. They are the slowest bank ever. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Lobby still closed but two customers inside and the tellers are helping them. No one to wait on drive thru customers. Since its appointment only inside then they should be working extra hard to get customers thru the drive thru since it's the only option. No customer service at this bank. Three drive thru lanes you need three tellers.

      Wouldn't take a babk check made out to their own bank for an IRA unless one guy who bounces was there to process it. Then I found another branch where the Vice President assured me the check would clear in 7 days. Lied....another ploy to collect overdraft $36 fees. The do anything possible to delay deposits, but your checks clear immediately. No a bank for the workingvman or people on Social Security. Scammers.

      I can't believe this! Really? My friend took cash out of her ATM yesterday. She went inside to get 30 ones with the money she took out. They would not give her change for $30 as she did not have an account with them. Are you kidding me? A bank that would not exchange money for money😆! I just have no words. No sane words anyways 🤤

      Never received the promotion incentive as promised. Once in a while , you will receive letter from them that if you open up a new account for certain amount of money, you will receive certain amount of money credit into your bank account. Waited for 6 months , never got any money. Went in and showed the original paper I still kept, and she could not figure out why, no use no help.
