  If you are a first time home buyer or serious about buying a home. This is the company you need to speak to. Joe Ritter helped my finance and I from start to finish with everything. Before, we came to this company. Many big banks turned us down. But Joe came up with a business plan and less than three months, we closed on our home. Everyone at this company is helpful and really cares about you. They are quick to respond to any questions. Phenomenal at letting you know what it takes to close.   Jay Landolfo did an awesome job in helping us to close our mortgage! He was always very responsive and willing to answer questions when I had them. We were already on a bit of a time crunch with our closing date about a month after we agreed to purchase. He worked as quickly as possible to get all of our information and to get it processed so that we would hit our closing date.

  Jay and every one who worked on our loan and getting the house went above and beyond it was an probate estate with many problems but Jay got us to the closing and we invited him to be a part of the closing in his office we felt he deserved the reward
