  Tony Apicella is absolutely the best I have ever worked with for lending. We did a refinance and had several hurdles with personal problems with our current lender.   We used Nate‘s services to obtain a mortgage for a condo. Initially we reached out to several brokers/ banks and Nate was not only first to respond he was the only one who immediately explained the process provided multiple options and gave advice. By the time others got back to us we already. had our Pre approval letter from Nate and he answered all our questions some of which he did on Sunday, when we made an offer. He guided through the entire process and was super patient and very helpful in any concerns we expressed. We understand how stressful it could of been with other providers. Nate went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and painless. Cannot imagine working with anyone else.

  Heidi demonstrated dedication, determination in pushing through a refi process that was a long distance to her office( FLA to MI )requred many scanned, copy, and printed forms as well as complicated condo deed document retrieval.
