  We’ve refinanced with Kurt for years and he’s helped us purchase homes many times, and yet we still forget some of the process. Kurt never makes us feel incompetent for asking some questions we’ve probably asked ver and over in the past. He is always willing to take the time to explain anything we don’t understand - or remember how it works - as thoroughly as we want. No matter how crazy busy he is, he will take the time and make you feel like you are his most important client. We cannot recommend him highly enough. We trust him completely, have recommended him to many neighbors, family, and friends, and will continue to do so.

  Kurt and Kaela are a great team! Gave me detailed Information about the refinance process without being confusing. They were on top of everything that I needed to do and were very timely with responding to emails and any question that I had. They also offered the best deal, even in this market there’s always things to look out for. I didn’t know who to go to for a refinance, luckily my brother-in-law had just went through the same thing and recommended Kurt and his team. If you’re my friend or family I would 1,000,000% recommend that you contact Kurt and his team at nova home loans! in fact they have been so wonderful, my brother in Vegas is going through them for a refinance through their Nevada branch!

  Jim and his team performed excellently on our deal. We got a great interest rate on our mortgage that beat any prevailing market interest rate. Jim was also very responsive to questions and issues. His team worked quickly when we moved the closing date up a day, just two days before our scheduled closing. Keep in mind that lending is a two-sided process, and to get good service you need to be responsive. We worked diligently to provide documents and promptly take any required action. This allowed Jim's team to do their best work.

  Brian Wada is by far and away the best mortgage guy there is. He and nova took great care of my family and Brian consistently went above and beyond to make it a smooth process-answering all questions and being available and easy to communicate with through the whole process. HIGHLY recommend!

  Kurt and team are the best. He always gets me the best rate and makes sure the process is smooth. Despite being crazy busy, he always makes time to answer all questions and explain everything in detail. As rates have continued to decline over the past decade, I've refinanced with Kurt 4 times - each time has been a pleasure and very smooth.   I just completed my first experience at refinancing. I refinanced both my home and apartments. I was very concerned about successfully completing this process. However Sean McLaren with Nova Home Loans did a fabulous job. He was a sensitive guide, very patient, was a great communicator.
