  Took two months, bunch of paperwork and still waiting to hear back from them, eventhough we have our loan approved by another lender the community we were looking at needed these people to approved our loan. Horrible service. Waist of time. Zero call back. Do your selves a favor, find another mortgage company.

  Had the opportunity to work with this mortgage company after being referred by my real estate agent. These guys were phenominal. I received updates throughout the week and the mortgage team assigned to my account were always available to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend if your looking to purchase a home.

  Excellent team of people. Excellent. Rodrigo Balon is a class act. He is not only a kind person to interact with, but Rodrigo gets down to business right away. And delivers everything that he promises. Michelle and Deanna are the greatest ladies to work with as well. Very sweet, very accommodating, very business. Very true to their word. These team players all have qualities that we personally looked for when choosing which company would be right for our home buying process. Cross country mortgage definitely exceeded our expectations. They truly were there for us whenever we had questions or needed anything. Very professional, very honest .Just good hard working people who care. Cross country will always be a company I will work with for any future real estate needs.

  "Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Scott Evans and his team which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. Want to thank Justin Clark with all his help made the process smooth.   Jacob from cross country was absolutely amazing! He took the time no matter what to call us back, answer our questions, and guide us through our first time buying a house.   Cross Country Mortgage leads you step by step through the house buying process! Scott, Jacob and Michael ensured that we understood each stage of the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They were extremely patient with us as it was our first home buying experience. Additionally, Cross Country rushed our paperwork and made sure we were set to close the day after Christmas which was 19 days from when we entered escrow!
