  Chad, Elizabeth, and Erik were absolutely amazing to work with. I can not thank them enough for how FAST and easy they made buying a house. My realtor gave me a list of recommended lenders and Chad was the 3rd lender I spoke with. He was straight to the point and saved me the 30-minute long sales pitch the other lenders offered. I knew immediately I wanted to work with him. Chad and his team had me pre-approved within 24 hours of sending them the requested information. When my husband and I found the perfect house, Chad personally called the sellers’ realtor and convinced them to accept our offer. He promised to close in just 18 days and better yet, he met that promise! Chad & Elizabeth always responded to emails immediately and were so helpful throughout the entire process. All documents were provided electronically and I was able to sign everything, except the final loan documents, through DocuSign which made it so easy. I will absolutely use Chad & team for any future financing and have already recommended them to my closest friends that are considering buying a house in the near future. It takes a lot to impress me but these guys are the best at what they do!

  Chad and JMJ Financial Group were amazing to work with! We were trying to close in less than 30 days (two of those weeks were Christmas and New Years) and they did everything they could possibly do to keep things moving despite it being the holiday season. We ended up closing five days earlier than expected which was great! Couldn't recommend Chad and his team enough!

  I just completed a new home purchase loan with Chad B and his team consisting of Elizabeth B., and Erik H. from JMJ Financial. This was the 4th time I have been through the mortgage process and JMJ was probably the easiest one. Initially, I applied for pre-approvals with two major banking institutions and after a week of no responses, I reached out to Chad and within a few hours, he had me pre-approved for a loan. He has a super efficient team who are always available to answer any questions. If you are buying a house and need a loan, please reach out to Chad and his team because working with him seems so much more personal than working with a Big Box Institution.
