  Steve and Suzie were great! At first my rate was higher than I expected (by 0.25%) but once I asked them to do their best it turned out great. This may have been 100% due to buying at a volatile time for rates but it doesn't hurt to ask. They were able to close within 21 days which was an advantage over other buyers while putting in offers. As soon as I had an accepted offer things could not have gone more smoothly. The team was in touch daily and made sure everything ran on time. I will definitely be contacting Steve and his Team before my next purchase.

  First of all, I'm a first time home buyer, and was really overwhelmed by all the tricks the various online lenders played while I requested Loan Estimates. I want to thank Steve for being honest and transparent all the way. That was the first and foremost reason I chose to go with LoanDepot. Steve did a great job inviting me on-site for a face to face meeting, listening to my needs and explaining the options and pitfalls, which made my lender search process much easier. The transparency highlighted possible red lights in my search results from the online lenders, who mostly fell in the trap of not disclosing ALL the numbers during early conversations. Steve handed off the work to Suzie who followed up with guiding me through the loan application over the phone. Both made the process smooth and everything happened very fast. Loan was ready even before the house was. Great team to work with! It was a great surprise when we found a package from LoanDepot, congratulating us on the house with a very nice gift.   I contacted Mike Sieber because I have worked with him in closing this house in the first place. Granted America is in a time warp thing, I was told it would take 45 days to clear. It actually seemed to take just a few weeks. Also, somehow this was the easiest closing we have ever had. Everyone I worked with has been wonderful and patient.
