  Eric and his team were professional and great to work with. We first contacted him about a loan about a year ago and he always offered positive advice the few times I spoke with him. As far as the application process went, he was clear about the cost. The terms are straightforward and were explained well. We recently got the loan and it was a fast process. At the same time, the communication with my family was very clear, thorough, and sympathetic.

  We didn’t know if we would be able to get a loan in time but Northwest private lenders made it easy and quicker than any other. I couldn’t possibly be happier with Eric And his team at Northwest private lenders. Eric managed to get me financing when nobody else could. The customer service that I received from everyone at Northwest private Lenders was absolutely amazing, I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

  My experience with Eric and his stuff was above and beyond I was worried to lose the property due to short date Eric and his stuff just finished all the applications closing date within 2 days Eric knows what the customer needs I will absolutely recommend to anyone Deserve more than 5 stars

  This was a remarkable experience. We used NW Private Lending to help us flip a piece of property and I didn’t know what to expect going into this. Eric Larson took us under his wing and took ALL the time we needed to understand not only the process of their services but other things we should know and be aware of throughout our first project. Eric also sat with us throughout the closing process in escrow and helped us to understand all the documents we were signing.   Eric and his team were great to work with. Once my client submitted his application we received a pre-approval. They also worked with us by checking in to see how the purchase process was going and they closed in only 5 days once things were ready on the selling side of the transaction. Will definitely recommend them to other clients and use on future projects.

  I'm very thankful with Northwest private lending; specially with the president of the company , Eric Larson, you were kind with me in all our interactions, I called him & his team, and they answer me promptly all my questions, during the process. This loan was very important for me as I was really need the funds to finish a proyect house, and this guys did awesome. I put the trust on the company and Eric treat me as a people rather than another file on his desk. I honestly recommend them, they were quick in providing the funds and also very professionals.

  Eric and his team did an outstanding job of not only providing a bridge loan for us, but did so without forcing us thorugh all the new government regulated banking protocols. Having worked with lenders for almost 40 years in development, working with NWPL was a pleasant surprise...they actually wanted my business. The loan is not cheap, but they got it done with minimal intrusion and saved me the cost of all up-front fees with a referral to a property insurer who was able to cut my building insurance in half. Good job Eric!
