  I am incredibly thankful beyond words that we decided to work with Jen Kelly and her team at Guild Mortgage when we decided to purchase our first home. Jen is extremely thorough, responsive, and has a wealth of knowledge in this industry that set us up for success during such a wild time in the housing market (through 2021 and early 2022). As new home buyers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process and Jen was always there to answer any clarifying questions we had. Not only did she give us advice along the way as interest rates shifted and we were deciding on how to best format our loan to set us up with the best option for our current scenario, but gave us suggestions on how we can best plan for our future. On top of everything she did on her end, she also recommended our realtor who was the perfect fit for our personalities, style, and who helped us every step along the way as well! Every person we spoke to at Guild Mortgage and who assisted us were very informative of the deadlines that were in order and extremely organized to help us stay on top of what was needed during the process. We felt very celebrated by the entire team when we finally found our home. I could go on and on of why anyone would be lucky to work with Jen! In summary, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone going through the home buying process to work with Jen and her team for their mortgage and lending needs!

  Jennifer helped us mortgage my first house and refinance it several years later. I could not have asked for a better advocate. Jennifer is the most professional person!   Would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a Mortgage Advisor. She is extremely helpful, quick to respond, kind, and professional. We were first-time home buyers in January of 2020 and having Jennifer on our team made the process feel so smooth. We understood what was happening the whole time thanks to Jennifer's explanations and thorough walkthroughs of the process. Any time we had questions she always made herself available. We worked with Jennifer again this year to refinance the same home, and just like before, the process was so smooth thanks to her. It was nice working with someone who was so excited for us, the whole "sales" feel of trying to get a loan together wasn't a part of our experience at all. Just a great person with lots of expertise helping us get the right loan for the right house!

  Jennifer is an exemplary professional and was an amazing partner in our home buying process. Highly organized, consistent and a highly effective communicator, accessible (she works 24/7 I think), timely with her follow through, and, very strategic in her approach - demonstrating her deep experience and knowledge in the field. This was our first "jumbo loan" and she kept us on track for ensuring we were meeting all of the special requirements. But, most importantly, she is kind and so committed to her clients.   Jennifer came highly recommended by our realtor when we were checking out mortgage companies. After the first phone call, I knew she is who we were going with. Besides the fact that she offered the better rates, it was her. Jennifer doesn’t make you feel like just a customer, it was like talking to someone you’d known for awhile. She was always quick to answer any and every questions we had before we bought our house and after. We never wondered if there was something we should be doing or what anything meant, she explained everything and we felt very informed every step of the way.   Jennifer is excellent. Pays attention to detail and sincerely helps all her clients equally with small loans and large ones. Always available to analyze your situation and decide if now is a good time for your future plans or real estate refinancing. Wonderful resource who will give it to you straight. I would highly recommend and have suggested my own kids use her when buying a home.

  Jen is someone you want in your corner. She's incredibly smart, exceptionally good at her job, and she goes the extra mile for her clients. That phrase is used a lot about people, but it is particularly true with her. We lucked upon Jen when my husband and I were starting our lives together trying to buy our first house and we've been lucky to have her in our corner over the past 11 years through refis, and other home purchases. She knows the business, thinks creatively to find solutions, and has incredibly high integrity. Her empathy and calm, steady hands helps make what can be a stressful process dare I say fun. I can't say enough about her. Simply put, you're a lucky person if you're working with her. She continuously has gone above and beyond to help my family with some mortgage transaction, some of which required quick responses, timely analysis or brainstorming with me to figure out the right path to make it happen. I am continuously impressed with how much she cares about her clients and how talented she is at what she does. Cannot recommend her enough!
