  Heidi is the best thing that could have happened to me during my home buying process I was working with a different officer and i was beyond frustrated so much I was crying when I called Heidi explaining what I was going through. She fixed everything! And made sure our process was as smooth as possible going forward I will not be using another loan officer as long as Heidi is available she has earned my business for life!!!!

  After 3 attempts with other lenders to refinance my mortgage for a better rate- she helped me complete the journey.
