  We have used Corey Schneider multiple times for brokering some deals for us. From a very complex sale with lots of moving parts to a re-fi, and now with a pending Construction Loan, Corey has always gone above and beyond to educate us, walk us through the process and find the best possible deal for us. Personally, I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want superior customer service, call Corey!

  This is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. They are extremely shady, having fake offices in Oregon that forward to their office in Washington. Gabriel Terreson violates the realtor code of ethics by working as both an agent and a lender. He never answers his phone and never followed through with any of his promises. They agreed to close on a certain date but asked for a two week extension only three business days before closing. Their only reason is that they were too busy to get it done on time. Everything was complete and waiting on them. They guaranteed that they would have it done by the extension date (that we all agreed to) but asked for yet another extension because the seller was on a planned vacation that Gabe never informed us about. We have a documented transaction where the agent purposefully used a decoy loan officer from a different branch and had his transaction coordinator from his Vancouver branch do the loan. Stay away from Savi Realty and Northwest Funding Group. If they make an offer on your home, don't accept it.

  I recommend NorthWest Funding Group! Kameron was our broker, and she worked hard to get us into our home so fast! We came to Kameron after getting nowhere with another broker. She got our paperwork 5/15 and had us approved, and in our home, in a month! We closed on 6/15... keys in hand today!

  Kameron fixed a loan problem that another lender let drag on for months! In 3 weeks, Kameron had us in a home we’d literally been waiting nearly 4 months and getting the run around from other lenders. In 3 weeks we had our home once Northwest Funding got their hands on it and processed things correctly and efficiently. This was also a USDA loan which typically adds 5-10 business days to any loan transaction. Only use Kameron and Northwest Funding if you actually want to achieve your dream of home ownership
