  Leslie is one of the best lenders that I have worked with. I have used Leslie and Evergreen for my personal home loans and she is who I refer my clients to who are looking for excellent service, knowledge and someone who will get the job done smoothly. Leslie has always returned calls promptly and answered questions thoroughly. She always has my clients loans completed on time, usually early, and the clients have all been completely satisfied with Leslie, the process and Evergreen. I highly recommend Leslie!!

  Leslie Girard and her fantastic team are the best of the best. We have had her services for five loans since 2007. In every case all details were dealt with meticulously and professionally . The process was expedient and without problems. We couldn't be more pleased with Leslie's handling of our loans. I have recommended her to friends who have be equally pleased with her services. There isn't a better mortgage lender in Washington State.

  I came to Leslie with what turned out to be a year long battle with my neighbor and contractor. She and her team never failed to come through with knowledge, advice, swift action (and could pull some strings from time to time). She is personable, easy to talk to and can think outside the box to make things work. I have used Leslie and her team years ago for my first home loan which went smooth as silk and I would highly recommend her for any home loan or construction loan (as was my case this time) and I can’t thank them enough.

  I worked with evergreen home loans as a first time homebuyer recently and got an amazing experience.
