  When it came time for my wife and I to buy our first home, my sister and brother-in-law dropped Donnie’s name and it made buying a home easy and comfortable. Donnie and his team were supportive and informative through a process that can be a pretty overwhelming for the first time, but Donnie was there every step of the way. He’s helpful, friendly, kind, informative, and put our best interests in place. Donnie also reached out and told us when the best time to refinance would be, at the lowest cost.   We have used Guild in the past for a purchase and a refi. Our latest experience, Feb. 2022, was beyond better than anything we have experienced in the past with any mortgage company.
