  I had an excellent experience getting my name changed on my account following my recent marriage. Cy was able to squeeze me in between scheduled appointments, helped close out an old account and did it all with professionalism and a great sense of humor.

  I just recently moved to Albany Or, absolutely amazing bank. The ladies are just so nice, they help my wife & I find nice areas to buy a house & great schools. They were just so wonderful, I wish I could remember their names but one of the names is Janelle very very helpful. Extremely nice people, and a great bank.

  I must share my amazing experience with NWCCU. I was purchasing a truck from Beaver State auto which is very close by. I had never been to this credit union before that day. I met one of the most kind and helpful person I’ve ever met in my life!! Seriously. Arlene Dunivin, who was the financial advocate who helped me get my truck. She gave 100% effort to get my loan financed and went above and beyond what any average person would do. I was under a tight time frame and Arlene made it all work out in time. I can’t say enough how impressed and happy I am. I am now a NWCCU member and I will be from here on out. I will be recommending this credit union to all the people I can.

  Just moved to the area, always pass by figured I’d try a credit union not so main stream, tried to open an account as a walk in, only to be turned away and told the requirements of opening an account as if to almost intimate. Stand-off ish awkward vibe when you walk in, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  Used to use NWCU for shared banking. We are members of First Tech in Corvallis and rather than driving to Corvallis, NWCU used to help us with deposits & transfers...they no longer do shared banking so, we need to find another CU to help us out....

  Great service, they only complaint I have is if u deposit anything in ATM it takes 24 full work hours to show in account. Other than that love their service.

  I can still use shared branching at A out of state credit union to deposit and withdraw at the ATM.Not sure what changes were made,if any.I like my local branch.The online banking part was A pain in getting my email to work though.

  Mistakes happen. A day off on a holiday weekend cost a point on a mortage. You figure out how much that's going to cost. They may want to rethink the "community" part in the name
