Northwest Christian Credit Union Reviews

Richmond Kinzler1Sadly been forced to use this bank a handful of times throughout the last 8ish years. First experience was during a period in which I was transferring to a new bank years ago, and needed to cash a check I had from a church for services I had provided. Figured since I had no "home" bank I would take it to the banking establishment for the check " Northwest Christian Credit Union " I go in, very patient as it take 3 people with no customers a few minutes to call me up. Finally as I approach the front desk, was told since I had no account there, even though it wasn't transferring or anything, they'd take a 15% cut of shy of 2k from services I provided to an entirely different establishment. Through the years, as I proceeded to not do any personal banking there I've been forced through my work to deal with the tellers there, which now makes our bookkeeper fuming because they don't allow anyone, and I mean anyone to even deposit a check into a business account without the main account holder being there, made that mistake once, they proceeded to hold me hostage until my Aunt drove across town, showed ID to prove it was her, and the check I was depositing was provided to me by her. Genuinely the worst financial institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. (ICCU)Idaho Central Credit Union actually treats you like a person, and are incredible with their service, take your business over there for mature and mutual respect.

Tena Wilson1This bank refused to help my 83 year old mother with 4 fraudulent charges on her account then cancelled her debit card and denied her a new one. They accused her of lying about accepting "trial offers" that weren't cancelled. The charges were for a mortgage protection and beauty advice. My mom is in care and has never used makeup in her life. I highly recommend mountain west bank as they don't pretend to be something they aren't.
