  Worst experience of my life. This place is a joke. They are nothing more then a thief and bully. They are a business that over charges and profits off people's troubles, so I didn't expect to have great customer service. I did however expect not to have my item damaged and be disrespected then charged for it! When it was pointed out they did nothing more then lie and refuse responsibility. If you want to get less then reasonable prices, have your belongings damaged, get disrespected and charged for it . . then this is the place for you. Don't believe me ask around. I sure wish I would have.

  Pawn 1 has the best customer service! They are hands down the best shop in town. Save yourself the time avoid VISTA PAWN and go straight to Pawn 1 for all of your quick cash needs. 100% satisfied with their service, I will exclusively use them in the future.

  These guys at the Nampa, 12th Ave location are great! I bought a cordless sawzall and returned a few short hours later to ask if they would mind doing an exchange for the other corded sawzall I was interested in, I needed a little more powerfull sawzall. BOOM! No problem they said! Not only that, but they did a straight exchange for me even though the one I wanted to exchange for was a little more costly. They wanted to make sure I had a great customer experience and that they did! Thank you guys Soo much. I highly recommend shopping there stores. Great selection, great prices, AWESOME CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!

  I absolutely love this place! I buy all my jewelry here they have great prices and awesome deals. I also love the customer service and dealing with the staff members John and Brett are AWESOME!!!

  Bad customer service. Not only are they slow they are the rudest place I have ever been in. I don't review many places but this is just so bad I feel obligated to warn people. I have been in countless stores in my life and have never seen a employee treat a customers that poorly. The guy at the counter had his tablet broke while they were holding it and they argued, called him a liar, and eventually said they would call the cops if he didn't leave. I don't know forsure if it worked when he left it but it is policy to test it 1st so I'm gonna bet the guy was telling the truth. This place used to be good but not anymore. Sad really how bad staff can just completely ruin a place.

  Everytime we go in there we've been treated horribly. They won't take items of value they just tell you some bullshit excuse to why they won't take your items because they don't want to deal with it. They are the worst Pawn 1 location I have even been inside I hate this store and will never go back to Pawn 1. First National Pawn is way better to go too. Definitely avoid Pawn 1 at all costs they're super judgemental I will never give pawn 1 my business again.

  Celsea ( I think that's how you spell her name ) she was great!! Made sure to keep my item I was pawning close to her at all time untill it was locked away! The vibe is awesome and the staff was great to talk to while I waited!!!🤩

  Have been to many local pawn shops. This is by far the most professional one I have been to. I was treated as I walked through the door. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was for a pawn shop. Will definitely be back.
