  we got a car loan financed through Icon in Aug. We dropped our docs off for auto withdrawal through the drive thru and the lady said we were all good to go. I am pretty sensible so about a week before our payment was due I called to make sure it was set up and it was not. I'm not sure why the teller told us we were good to go.. It has not been a good experience thus far. We're trying to get a payoff and I have been on hold for 30min and have yet to speak to someone. I can bet you when they do come on the line they will need to transfer me to get the right rep on the phone with more waiting!

  My family has been with Horizon or their predecessors for over 30 years. Today we closed our accounts. The final straw? We tried to get an auto loan and were denied. We have a 750+ credit score and 5k down on a 30k loan. My husband's credit is new so I was like ok I get it and we have a cosigner (my mother with an over 800 credit score). They still denied us. The kicker, I have had an auto loan with them previously. I paid my auto loan off in 3.5 years on a 20k loan. My parents have also had auto loans through them. The switch to Horizon has been terrible. If you're thinking of finding a new bank and joining this one, DON'T. Save the headache and go elsewhere.

  Our car loan was from icon now known as Horizon. The tellers at this bank are professional, friendly and always get things done in a fast timely matter. I don't bank with them personally other then just having my car loan here. However, I would do business with them again if needed.

  Phone experience is terrible been waiting for over 20 min. My information changed without noticed, I haven't been able to access my bank for over a month
