She made me feel as though I was her only client and that my mortgage was the most important one on her plate. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!!! If there were a 50 star option, I would have gone with that!

Jay Larson5It is so nice to call, have the phone answered by a live person immediately, and have questions or issues resolved in moments - I’d still be wading through teleprompts and listening to lies blaming COVID for their poor service at Midland or BMO Harris; instead I’m already off the phone and back to business at Northwest!

Andrew Pokora1This past week, this bank has charged me twice on 3 seperate transactions. I had to call to get them reversed. Then a few days later they added funds to my account that didn't belong there, causing me to go negative in my account. There is always a problem with this bank and I am leaving to another bank this is ridiculous.

There was a very small handful of accounts that did have some items show twice on accounts due to a glitch while we upgraded our systems. None of the customers were negatively impacted as the system accommodated for the error and our Operations team took care of ensuring the transaction history showed as it should and that no one was charged any fees because of the error. Linda2I am so discussted with this bank, I am on social security and my checks should be available at 12:01 am but this bank it doesn't show in my account till after 9am the next day !!! The bank I was with before I didn't have these issues, am ready to close my account and go someplace else !!!!
